The Smoki Maxi is a soot and smoke filtering system for bread and bakery wood fired ovens. It’s water cooled and designed to extract smoke and filter soot particles from wood fired oven flues. The air is purified and cooled before being released into the atmosphere.
The Smoki Maxi Grill is specifically designed for smoke, grease and soot filtering of charcoal and wood fired ovens.
