The Smoki Maxi is a system that removes all soot particles discharged through bakery wood oven flues, thus preventing atmospheric pollution and any risk of fire thanks to the cooling effect of water.
The Smoki Junior is a smoke and soot purification system for wood-fired pizza ovens with independent aspirator and equipment able to remove all the soot particles that are freed from the flues of pizza ovens, thus eliminating air pollution and the danger of fire.
